Angels with tetras. Is it okay?

want to know it I can put an Angel with some neons?

not neon tetras! im not sure about any others though... neons are angel food in the wild.

Nope definately not with neons, I know an angel that ate a school of neons in two days ( ... I was hungry ). Larger tetras will be okay though =)

Once again, I've heard of people keeping Angels and Neons together. Get the angels real young and raise them with the neons.

Mike the Zealot brings up a good point. If you keep the angels small and introduce the neons and the angels into the tank at the same time, you could be all right. Personally, I would follow the same procedure, but choose Cardinal Tetras instead. Slightly larger and not "Angel Food".

I'm sure raising small angels with neons has worked for some people. But the angel that killed off the school had lived with them ever since it was a baby I guess it depends on the particular angel.

big neons are too big to fit in an angels mouth,if you don't have the space to grow out neons cardinals are usualy pretty big by the time they're for sale
