After watching my husband fiddle with his saltwater tank for about a year, I have decided to try the fun too! However, I have a little 10G freshwater tank since I have less time and I don't want to just do exactly what he is doing.
I set it all up with filtered water and the perfect chemicals, with a nice rock for the fishies to hide in. Then I brought home two 'creamsicle' mollies. Never heard of them, but they are pretty. They are probably just gold mollies. One of them is happy as can be, but the other is sick already!
So I guess I am starting by knowing the drawbacks immediately. *Sigh*
