Another platy bites the dust :(

I made the mistake of getting an algae eater cause the tank was getting a little gross and the clown loach and upside down catfish weren't doing too much about it. It terrorized EVERYTHING in the tank and took scales off of my Sunset Platy. I carried it back to the pet store but lost my platy this morning. I feel awful I had no idea AE's were so vicious!
RIP little girl. I miss you already!

Honestly I don't know what kind, it was just put as 'algae eater' at the pet store. My tank is 33 gallons. I was told I probably didn't have enough algae in the tank, that is why he was attacking other fish.
