well, this is about another tank I have set up from the one w/the shark...right now my ten gallon is stocked with 3 yo-yo loachs, 4 corys, and 6 zebra danios...I wanted to add a couple otos to clean up some minor algae (this is a planted tank) but I am concerned about stocking/territory levels. So far, I don't have any problems with anything from a water quality or territory standpoint, but adding more bottom dwellers concerns me, as well as the added bioload...mostly though, I am concerned about the territory thing

anyone have any thoughts on this?

2-3 otos shoudl be fine. Especially if it's heabily planted. I wouldn't worry to much about territorys yet, but, maybe pretty soon. I would suggest either getting rid of your cories, or yoyos, as that many bottom feeders could pose a problem later on.
