I'm guessing the Aulonocara sp. Anyone else have a thought?

That fish has horizontal stripes, the mentioned has vertical stripes. Check this site: http://www.cichlid-forum.com/profiles/species.php?id=663 .
I am not familiar with this fish.

Your right Kc. I was actually use that site quite a bit. I think someone else actually nailed it... a female Labidochromis joanjohnsonae

Here is the male of that species, this is a pic from my 75G. Its the one on the left. Its hard to get a pic of the Africans!!!!

Nice... someone actually recently informed me that the juvenile sexes are identical. So I may have one similar to yours.
