Any Ideas what this is?

I have two kisser fish and these spots are showing up on them*SICK* . I know its not ich. I have treated for this to no avail. Any idea what it is and how to treat it.

They are definately not bite marks. I am pretty sure they're some kind of infection,*SICK* but I don't know which one. The problem is I can't treat it until I know what it is.

Maybe its ringworm.... lol*BOUNCINGS

What are your water parameters (ammonia, nitrites, nitrates)?
Are the fish showing any behavioral signs at all?

From looking at this site, it might be fish louse or maybe lymphocystis.

Picture is blury, but if those are holes in the center of the lesion, I'd guess a parasite like a fluke (like yellow grub). The spacing seems peculiarly regular. Haven't seen anything quite like that before.

It'll either run it's course, succumb to treatment, or the fish will. Might consider trying a net dip using a heroic dose of malachite green if all else fails. But that really is an option of last resort.
