I have boughten a Cichlid from my local store and it had the name "Pseudo Sicolifi" for it. I can not seem to find any information about this Cichlid. The pet store told me it was suited for my African Cichlid tank.
It seems to be a white color with a black trim along its dorsal fin.

Thanks for any information you can give me!

Thanks for the correction on spelling Soulfish, that would be the correct fish I was looking for. No wonder I was unable to actually find it under sicolifi. I just like the look of it, I believe it is a dwarf mbuna like the demansoni?

I have a 55 Gallon.
Oh, I did not realize it was one of the larger mbuna, I would have liked to have a malawi dolphin, but they become way too large for my tank, plus I have stocked the tank enough I believe already. :)
As you said it can grow to about 6-7 inches in size, but all the sites I've looked up say about 4.5inches. Can you tell me any accurate sites to check out, as I believe you'd be a better source.
Thanks again.

sorry thats 5-6inches as opposed to the 3-3.5 for demasoni, if you want a dwarf look into saulosi, small and beautiful, the males are blue and black striped like demasoni and the females are entirely yellow or orange depending on the strain, they are also more forgiving then demasoni about agression, i would stick to 1 male and 3-4 females though as the male can be rough on the females
