Why do you want to raise your pH is the more appopriate question. Is it because you fear your pH is too low, or are you dealing with African cichlids or other hard water species of fish? Is it because you tested it after not having done a water change in six weeks, or because you are trying to create a proper environment?

Many rocks can raise the pH. One test is to put a drop of vinegar on a rock. If it fizzes, it will raise the pH of your water. This test is more to identify rocks that you don't want to place in your tank if you want to maintain water chemistry as it is. I wouldn't necessarily recomend putting random rocks in your tank to try to raise pH.

crushed coral, shells, limestone, argonite all raise hardness

epsom salts raise GH, baking soda increases the KH, increased hardness buffers the pH higher, baking soda can get it to around 8.2-8.4

One teaspoon of sodium baking soda per 13 gallons of water will increase KH by 4 degrees (70 ppm)
