Anyone got a brine shrimp how to?

After spending mass amount of money (2.49 per tablespoon) on live brine shrimp, im dedicated to raising my own. Its GOTTA be cheaper than 2.49 "per serving".

Anyone know how to raise large amounts of brine shrimp and want to pass on thier knowledge? My wallet and I would be greatly appreciative.

I live in Roswell, NM and my local pet shop has a little package thing of brine shrimp eggs and even brine shrimp food, I know they gotta have them at one of your pet shops now.
