Looks like Astatotilapia latifasciata (Zebra Obliquidens), but i'm not good on IDing Victoria cichlids. This guy hails from Lake Victoria, the forgotten rift lake of Africa and is endangered in the wild. Will get to around 5 inches or so.
Prefers small groups with the right sex ratio (1m 2-3fms) but would be, or should be fine living with some of the smaller Mbuna or Peacocks from Malawi.
