I was wondering, what is the most peaceful Geophagus or Earth Eater????

mikrogeopagus ramerizii,aka the blue ram.bolivian rams are pretty mellow too.i don't know if those fish meet your requirements but i would consider them as long as they wern't going in a tank with fish that are substantialy larger.

ya, Rams are pretty mellow.

I was asking which Geophagus or Earth Eater species(larger ones) is the most peaceful (Jurupari, Brazilianses, Daemon, etc,etc)

both of them are a type of eartheater.
as far as the larger geos,i would say jurupari i.m.e
but thats my limited experince.
most goes are pretty tame compared to other cichlids,but that doesn't mean they don't do what cichlids do best.when i was working at an lfs we carried the three you mentioned above and all of them were basicly mellow.
we would keep the daemons with blood parrots,and the daemons would just chill all day never showing any signs of aggression,and before you "ya well that was a dealer tank"we hardly ever sold fish from that tank so there was lots of time for the fish to establish territory.but it was a smaller tank too.
