Anyone used Novus inside a tank?

I just bought a used 55G truvu tank but it has really fine scratches on the inside of the tank. I haven't set it up yet so I was wondering if I used Novus inside of the tank with a buffing ball I'm sure I could get the scratches out. It did a great job on the outside of the tank. I was wondering if there would be any chemical residue that might be left after washing it that might hurt the fish. On their website is says that you can use it on your tank, but it doesn't say if you can use it on the inside of your tank.

Any suggestions?

you could try using wet/dry sandpaper first if you're concerned about using novous on the inside.

i wouldnt think there'd be a huge problem with using novous on the inside... just be sure to wash it very well before setting it up.
