Im about to order my 38 Gallon and im wondering if I should pay the extra $52 for have Starphire glass on the front panel. Here is an example if anyone doesn't know what im talking about: Glasscages.com - Starphire Glass
It seems worth it if you have vibrant colors in the tank but I just dont know if that $52 justifies it. I dont wanna spend the money, get the tank and compare it to my 10 gallon and say, "wow no difference." Any opinions will be appriciated greatly. Im going to order it Thursday (tomorrow) night btw. The total for the 38 w/ Starphire is $137.

If not, I might just spend the money on a 45 Gallon Tall since that is the biggest one that will fit in the available space. The 45 Tall is $140.

i don't know if it would make a big enough difference to justify the extra money.. i would take the extra money and invest it in a good filtration system.

the glass does look good though!

Wish there was a way to see the difference in person first. I would almost want to call and ask if they have any scraps of the 2 and if they would ship them to you (you paying of course).

Its a great site and I think their prices are pretty good. I should email and ask for a sample. That would be really cool. Along with having a bigger tank, so does the cost for the other supplies (bigger filter, etc) so I just went ahead and bought the 38 Gallon w/ regular float glass. Its coming to Allentown, PA on the 17th

Soon I will be investing in a saltwater tank (im 17 now, so a few years) and I will definitely look deeper into Starphire glass for that tank.

I looked at their site and was pretty impressed. Was actually considering buying from them, except they only come as close as LA (still about 6 hours away), and I was looking at a large tank. Ended up being a lot cheaper to buy one here in town after all shipping/gas costs. Maybe if I get to go bigger than a 210 :D
