Aqua-Tech??

Does anyone know anything about the Aqua-Tech power head 170 GPH water pump? My parents have one and they said that I could have it, but I'm not sure it has all the part? Or how to use it, what goes where??

Hi,

Water pumps can be used to oxygenate the water. Also, I think they can be used with some undergravel filters. They are usually placed inside the tank.

As for the parts, Aqua Tech is manufactured by Marineland for Wal-Mart. So, you can email them for more information. I went to the site and didn't find anything current for the 170 GPH, only the 160 GPH. However, they may still have the information, both the manual and diagram of the parts, and possibly can email it to you.

Thanks for the reply, I'll check it out. I thought it was something ancient that they had from one of their tanks years ago. Haven't been on the MFT for awhile had alot to deal with on the homefront. Thank again.
