Found the following directions:
Aquari-Sol

"Aquari-Sol is proclaimed by fish hobbyists world-wide as the most effective preventative treatment against Ick._ Aquari-Sol is an excellent preventative treatment that won't harm fish or aquarium plants._ Use Aquari-Sol weekly and whenever new fish are added to your aquarium.__
__
Dosage:_ Use 12 drops per 10 gallons of water regularly._ For treatment, raise temperature to 85 degrees F and use daily until cured._ To use as a net dip, add one teaspoon to 10 gallons.

Keep in mind that this is a chemical treatment._ The manufacturer provides the following warnings on the use of this product:_ Not for human consumption._ For aquarium or ornamental fish only._ Not for fish intended for human consumption._ Keep out of reach of children._ Active ingredient:_ Copper Sulfate. "

Be sure to remove the charcoal when using any medication. When you are completely done with the treatment . . . make sure you do it long enough to get rid of all the ich or it will come back . . . do your water change and replace the charcoal to take out the rest of the medication.
