Aquarium record Chart

Does anyone have a chart that you fill in your test results of your tank, like Ph, Temp, Ammonia Nitrate etc.

I'm looking for something that I can use and fill in how my tank was when I did my tests.

No but it would be real easy in Microsoft Excel.

i do i use like notepad its just easier but excel would work

OMG is that comprehensive. I'm an accountant not a chemist. I don't even know what most of that stuff is...I know amonia, pH, nitrite...that's as far as I go.

I have written a computer program to keep track of all sorts of aquarium stuff. Im redoing it now, maybe I can put it on my web site for people when its done.
