autofish feeders

my parents are divorced and i go to my moms for half of the week, should i use feeder pyramids(vacation feeders) or automatic feeders?and if pyramid feeders how long before i leave should i put in the tank?

If your only going to be gone half the week don't do anything. The fish will be just fine for that long.

10 gallon tank,3 tinfoil barbs not being feed through tuesday,wed,and finally being fed thursday night.what about every other weekend im at my moms.im there from fri night till mon morning every other weekend are you sure its ok.
i dont want them to die.

I'd go for an auto feeder over one of those "weekend feeder block/pyramid" things. They're really easy to set up, can either hang onto the back of the tank or just sit on it, and run off batteries. I've used one for my SW tank once, and no problems with it, even figuring it out without directions. The block/pyramid things don't have much nutritional value, and I've heard they can put some icky stuff in the water.

I'm not sure exactly... I'm pretty sure they're under $10 if you go for the cheap kind (which is what I've got...).
