I'd seen in Petco that they carried a little candy aquarium with this particularly filter included, so I emailed them to see if they'd eventually be carrying the filter by itself. Here's their response:

Thank you for contacting PETCO! AZOO is distributed in the US by a company called "Red Sea" or "Aquaculture Technologies". Under this label, the filter is called the "Nano-filter" and should be in PETCO by Christmas. Please feel free to ask any associate in the store for more information!

Thank you for inquiring about this product; it's only through feedback like this that we can serve our most loyal customers like you!

I have two of the Azoo Palm filters, each in a 5 gallon tank. They are both a little noisy (one more than the other) compared to AC Mini or Tetra Whisper 5-15. To clean the impeller assembly you have to lift it out by sticking a flat head screw driver under it and popping it out (magnetic attraction keeps it seated). I think they are easy to get fouled around the magnet drive shaft due to the design. They do a good job of filtering. I cut to size and inserted some filter floss behind the the supplied floss and sponge to fully populate the media basket; also I raised the filter media up about 3/4" so the water would flow through it rather than over it.

Summary, an okay mini HOB filter. I wish AC would make something like this in the 30 gph range.
