Backed Up Filter, Dont know what to do!?!

OK now i have a huge problem, my bio-bag is completely full and the water isn't flowing through now! i'm still cycling! I have activated carbon/ zeolite crystals waiting to be put in but I dont want to change media during the cycle?! is this ok to do?

You don't need anything in your filter other than sponges, filter floss, and those ceramic rings/bio-balls.

ok well i i had was the biobag and the filter floss that came with the tank, now all the white stuff from the biobag is floating in my tank. Should i add the crystals?
