Has anyone else had really bad luck with the panda cory's?

I've bought about 8 now i think and only two are still alive. Most die immediately. I have two that look healthy now and one that has been dying for a day or more. I don't want to give up on the poor guy so i'm just leaving him alone for now. One minute he looks dead and the next he's moving again. I thought it was the water current at first but no he's still alive.

I've been so careful with the latest ones and looks like they are all going to die as well. They are in with two dwarf frogs. That's ok isn't it?

I just love them and it's so frustrating to keep having them die.

Nitrites and ammonia are zero.

I had a school of about 5 and lost each one of them 1 by 1. I did not loose anything else in the tank except them. I purchased from a LFS I've been purchasing fish from since about 1968 and I have never had any problems with their fish. They haven't changed management in many years. That makes me think "bad batch."

I tihnk a lot of the panda cories are still wild caught so it is very possible you got a bad batch, plus they can be very sensitive to water quality and changes in parameters from the 'ideal'.
