The Tiger Barbs ate our Red Tail Shark!

And to think, we used to feel sorry for the Tiger Barbs being chased by the Red Tail Shark.

The 20 gallon tank is in my 6 year-old's room; he feeds them before going to bed, but this evening he comes down upset because the Tiger Barbs have eaten the shark.

I guess they had had enough.

Although I believe both tiger barbs and red tail sharks can be aggressive, I doubt the red tail shark was killed by the barbs. I reckon that the red tail shark died and the barbs found a ready meal.

The shark didn't appear weak or sick this morning when I awakened them; the shark had good colors, didn't look stressed . . .
