Belly Crawler: Need Info

have been looking on the internet for some info on these guys, but I haven't been having much luck. I would like some info on:
-what do they eat?
-will they come to the surface to eat or do they need sinking food?
-how agressive are they?
-how big do they get?
-Do males grow larger than females, and is it females with the red markings?
-Any thing else you have heard or experienced!
