Best hair Algea killin Crab??

guys what is the best crab for killing or eating hair algea?/ and could lack of water changes help the groth of hair algea?? Ever sence I got my skimmer Caraline has been growing all over(very nice) but hair algea is slowly creeping back?? need a good clean up crew huh? I wll try to get some pics up.

urrrr, stupid WC's, ok cool, do you guys think that my lfs would have these crans?(emerald mithrax) (sea hare) (Sally lightfoot crab) I will hopefully buy some crabs and put them in my tank soon. And Keep up with water changes(urrr) lol, thank you guys.. let me know if you think I can get them...

Second on the emerald crab. They also eat bubble algae, which I believe is their main concentration. My little guy is great about keeping the live rock free of dark green hair algae. Also, it's fun to watch them try to catch things out of the water column, almost like they're after a football.
