best medicine for internal parasites?

I need the best medication for internal parasites in a large tank (90 gallon). I have lost my prized roseline shark, 3 rosey barbs, pink kisser, and a cherry barb and all showed no signs of exterior disease. My pink kisser was eating but still whithered away to nothing. So I am assuming that he died of internal parasites and that is also the culprit of my other fish deaths. My tank has been up for 2 years, has 0 nitrite/ammonia and a nitrate of about 10. Any suggestions?

I would try antibacterial food, assuming the fish are still eating. It's more effective than adding stuff to the water.

Yeah they are still eating, but isn't an antibacterial food not designed for parasites? And I thought pepso food was just a short term solution, it didn't completely rid the tank of ip's?

I think they make several different kinds...at the very least i'd think it would help to start doing something if you haven't started any medicating at all? Very sorry to hear about your losses
