I had put my betta in my 10 gallon community tank (along with ADFs and Corys) the other day but have since moved him back to his 1 gallon.
The 10 gallon has a penguin mini bio wheel in it and the current seemed to stress the betta out bad.  Does anyone have any expierence with bettas in bio wheel tanks?  Is this normal?

I had a betta in a community tank also with a hang of the back filter, although it was an aquaclear with no biowheel.  I moved him out of there just as you have.  My betta would try to swim but often got caught in the current and pushed to the far end of my tank, I figured he would be happier elsewhere and now keep him in a tank with a UGF.  I think it is normal for bettas to be uncomfortable in tanks with any form of current running through them.
