i have a betta i bought a few weeks ago for my 29 gallon tank. his fins are usually fanned out and beautiful but have curled up and look like a dried leaf over the last day or two. otherwise he seems okay. what would cause this and what can i do to fix it? i did a 25% water change yesterday and today i raised the temp. it was about 78 but i'm moving it up to 82.
