Yeah, go for the Whisper.

If not, do ten percent water changes daily, or slightly larger changes every other day. I do 20% water changes in my vases every other day.

Good low light plants are java fern, java moss, anubias, and elodea (anarcharis).

I heard silk plants for bettas and not plastic ones, why is that? i have plastic ones in with my betta
Silk plants or Plastic plants will work just fine. If you want to use live plants I would recommend Anubis Nana or Java Fern as these plants look great, grow slow, and work well under low light aquariums.

Your main focus will be making sure that your frogs get adequate ammount of food because they wont be chasing for food much like your betta. You dont need to do a 100% water change each day and in fact that would be a bad thing to do. I would say 30% every 4-5 days would be just fine just dont over feed and watch your levels.
