Can anyone tell me where BigAlsOnline is located and how long do deliveries take to Eastern Canada? Thanks.

I think Big Als is in Canada (although I am not certain). There is a toll-free number on the web site, but no address. I would give them a call 1 888 824 4257 about how long it takes to deliver.

They are open weekdays 9am - 9pm EST (weekends 10am-5pm), so I assume they are on the East Coast.

it says "MOST INSTOCK ITEMS ARE SHIPPED THE SAME DAY. PLEASE ALLOW 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY DEPENDING MOSTLY ON YOUR LOCATION" (their caps, not mine)

There are a few stores in canada. I think they are all in ontario. Been to one in Scarbourgh and one in London..

We order from there often and they have delivered in record time. Last time we ordered on tuesday and by friday we had our stuff...

Good prices too, even with my discount at work I can't get it for their prices..

Just wondering because I ordered last Tuesday and haven't seen my order yet. It hasn't come off my Visa yet either.

There are other stores in Canada. There is one in Burnaby BC, as well as Richmond. Apparently there is one in Calgary. I can't find a listing for any in Ontario, using superpages.ca. Not that it means anything, their search engine is a bit stupid.

N©KI there is an 800 you can call. I called to see i could add more stuff to my order and they said it takes 5-7 business days to process the order, but mine was already shipped..

They took it off my card the day it was shipped and I got it the next day..

ya there is one in calgary cos funnily enough i was there last night! hehe i might sound a bit dumb but on the picture i saw advertising them they said live shark feeding tuesday at 7pm, i was like cool cos the picture looked like quite a big shark, so i went there just to check it out and the shark was only about a foot long but still cool i found they had a good selection of fish with a good selection of tanks but then again i dont really know what would be a good bargain for a tank since ive gotten mine from walmart. ya so if you go to the one in calgary if you eventually find it, its near heritage hill and is called something different other than big als.
