big white spot on my red bellied pirahna

does anyone know what this big white spot is on my red bellied pirahna? it is right underneath the gill on one side and the area looks a little swollen. at what age do red bellies reach mating maturity? there are no similiar marks on any of my other ten pirahna. anybody with info please write my email
