Im curious about using either of these products to condition my tap water for my tanks.
I've always used BioSafe to initially treat the water for my water changes. Then I would add some BioCoat after the water is replaced to add vitamins, stress relievers, etc.
But I've noticed that Bio Safe also does the same thing as Bio Safe in removing cholrine and heavy metals.
So..whats the difference in those 2 products. Shold I just use Bio Coat to treat the water instead of using both products? Why would Marineland make 2 products that remove cholrine?
