Just installed a Penguin mini on my 10 gallon tank. It was working for like 5 minutes then it just stopped. The water is in the filter so the engine didn't blow but I'm not sure what the problem is. The manual doesn't say anything about this. Any suggestions?
you need to work the air out of the intake tube, shake it up and down......if you have already thought of this obvious solution than you may have a crack in the intake. in that case you should probably return the filter.
