Blade Scrapper

Has anyone ever used this type of algae scrapper?
What type of results did you get?
Did it work better than the padded type?

I am having difficulties getting the thick padded type between the decorations/plants/glass.
Thought this would do the trick for me.

I have same exact scraper set. works great on the hardcore algae in my SW pico.

I too have the same thing.

It's a mix love for me. It's great to get the majority of algae from the glass in my 65 gallon which is 24" tall, so for me yes, it's worth the money and time. But at times I've found it can be somewhat difficult to get into tight or unusual area's. For me the polisher works best for hard to reach places because the head swivles and moves making it somewhat better to get too.

Over all I like it a lot. But hey, I like things that allow me to be lazy
