I have a blue gourami that has become very bloated over the past several days. It is bloated right behind the head and it has been hanging out near the surface. It won't eat. I've noticed it has long strands of milky poo hanging from it often. My water paramenters are:

PH 7.5
GH 14 dH
KH 2 dH
NH3/Nh4 0 ppm
NO2 .3 mg/l
temp 76 F

None of my other fish seem affected and this came on fairly quickly. Is there anything I can do for this poor fish?

Welcome to the site :)

Are its scales sticking out, or is it just bloated?

I would not feed for a day or two, it's possible it has an internal/intestinal blockage (as long as the scales aren't sticking out).

If the scales are sticking out, it's likely dropsy. You can try an antibiotic for it (most of the medicine boxes say if they treat it). Unfortunately, once the fish is bloated with scales sticking out, it's usually too late. :(
