Do i treat them like north american crays?
Do i house them like american crays?
What should i feed it???

Not sure about sexing them. From what I read, it is the same. I just fed my fish like normal and my blue's did great. They got to full size in a matter of 2-3 months. I had to trade them because they ate one of my vampires. If it wasn't for that, I would still have them. They are awesome

Congrats!

I have posed the question to BV on where his blue crays for from and his are north amercan crays..so you need to find out where yours is from.is it a north american species or are you getting an australian cray...anyway BV will probably give you more guidance than I can so wait for his response. There is also a cray forum but I dont remember the name of it.

Bob, the site has been a little hiccupy lately, but hopefully the link will work for you. Check it out---it has everything you need to know to get off to a good start: F.A.Q.

FYI...the species name for "Florida Electric Blue" crayfish is Procambarus alleni.
