BLUE JEWEL PAIR SICK, NEED HELP!!

My Blue jewel pair are not doing to well, i had to move them into a 10G this morning. I am not able to get a good pic cause my room doesn't have good lighting and the flash on my camera will block them out. But here is what is goin on with them... the female lost her colours and isn't as active as she normaly is. Then the male lost his colours, his fins are pushed back, and he can't swim that well. If anyone knows what this is without needing to see a picture, PLEASE SHARE!!!! I can't afford to loose this pair, cause i am wanting to breed them again and i don't want to go to a LFS and get more.

P.S. Is there any medicen i can use????

Good water. Keep the water absolutely pristine. If that means daily 10 or 20% waterchanges so be it.
Is there anything that might have gotten into their main aquarium? Did they have tankmates? How are they acting?

They were in the 75G with the other jewels and the fry, they were fine until this morning. So i moved them into the 10G tank. They are the only 2 fish in there.
