Blue rams pairing

Ok, as some of you know, i have just got 3 german blue rams (1male 2females). They are still small about 1inch and I was wondering.....

1. How will I know that 2 of my rams have paired off?
2. How big will they be before they will pair off?
3. How big do they have to be before the decide to start breeding?

When they pair up they will hang out together and totally ignore or chase the other female. IME they don't spawn until full grown least mine didn't.

Mine just started hanging out with each other a lot, not all the time but they were never far from each other. Put something flat like a piece of slate or a plant pot or something and they will evenually spawn. check this website out it helped me.

My females are not getting on very well, they are chasing eachother abit, any idea whats going on?
My male does this to the females sometimes too.
