Bolivian Ram turning Grey

I have 2 Rams had them both for about 6 months, they seemed quite happy but in the last couple of days one has turned quite grey. Does anyone know why this happened? is this normal?

Cant really answer this without more information. Nitrate/nitrite/ammonia readings..actual reading please "fine" doesnt help us either. How often are you doing water changes and how much. When was the tank setup, what size is it, tank temp, tankmates. Feeding schedule and what kind of foods, I probably missed something but without that info it will be hard for anyone to give you help/opinions/advice.

Welcome to the tank Tara. Brian is right, we need that info before we can even begin to try and figure out the problem.

I am having a little problem understanding your question as Bolivian ram's base color is gray to begin with so if he is turning gray...what color were they? Please don't tell me you have pink rams. j/k
