Going to breed my bettas that i've got from marianne lewis(bc betta). This pair have been conditioned for almost 4 weeks, and is ready to spawn.

***Updates***

i havelet the pair loose, lots of chasing and the bubble nest has gotten huge but then a little bit of it broke becuase of the chase and etc...

Good luck, your setup looks pretty good.. but no bubble filter (on low?)

I am on my 2nd male, 3rd female with NO luck spawning lately. I have been trying for 5 weeks and I just can't get my new males and females to get going.

Maybe I should try one of my younger males with my newer females?

Anyway, keep us posted!

yeah it's on low, the bubble nest is in their don't want it to pop

um... yeah i suggest try a different pair if the ones you have now didn't work out...

i would like to congrats myself that the pair has finally embraced, i woke up this morning with 8 eggs at the bottom of the tank,

i'm not sure if their are any in the nest so i will still leave them in their.

hey everyone, i would like to say that the spawning has finished... with over 200 eggs to hatch, it's been a great experience on successfully spawning my bomar geno pair...

with in a couple days, hopefully the eggs will hatch at 82 degrees.
