bottom feed compatible w/ fry?

i was just wondering which common bottom-feeder is compatible with bby convict fry that are about 3 weeks old?

how big are the fry?

they are about 1/4-1/2 of an inch...i have 2 Chinese algae eaters in there right now temporarily...and they seem to be doing well...is this a good move?

I would think cories would be fine. Just as long as you stay away from catfish (ie. pictus catfish, striped rapheal, or anything like that) Tho i believe that cories are catfish (I dont know the classifications of them) but they should not have any problems with them. Ghost shrimp i would be a little worried about i'd go with the cories they are your best bet. If the fry are still with the parents then i would be cautious with putting anything in there but if they are in their own tank then they should do fine

Ive read that CAE's can get a little aggresive but never kept them before so your guess is as good as mine.

ok thx...the CAE's are doing just fine...i dont have the parents so that's good. uhm...just that the CAE's are kind of shy...
