Bottom feeder with Tanganyikan's?

I was cleaning my tank out today and noticed a small pile of uneaten food and thought of maybe getting a fish that could gobble that bit up knowing that the Tanganyikan fish have had their fill.

I was wondering, what would be a good suggestion for a strong bottom feeder that won't grow out of control and yet appealing and hardy. *BOUNCINGS

Feedback on this would be great thank you~!

Ok first off if you have uneaten food with Africans then I would have to geuss that you are feeding too much. It could even be that are not giving them a day or two with no food so they do clean up what they miss at first cause they are expecting food, but Africans are not known for leaving food. With that said (and hoping its not confusing...Ive been drinking...hehe :p) A few bottom feeders that would be ok (depending on tank size and exactly what inhabitants you have) are: Pictus Cats, BN Plecos, Royal Plecos, Sailfin Plecos, Rapheal Cats, Syno Cats.

Thanks

Haha thanks!
And yeah you would be right actually about the overfeeding. My auto feeder was set too high for distributing food; so the tank had a little extra food on the bottom. Now the fish aren't hungry which is obvious. BUT it did get me thinking about a bottom feeder. Thanks for your advice even while under the influence*SUPERSMIL
