Our brichardis finally had another set of fry, after about 18 months of not being sucessful.

We moved them into a 55g about 16 or 18 months ago, but I think the snails were eating all the eggs. Last week, after a large trim (for an auction) I discovered a whole bunch of brichardi fry. They're such little cuties.

I doubt I'll be able to get pics for a while.

The tank has been a breeding/plant growout tank for a while. It doesn't get a whole lot of attention. We added three zebra loaches a few months ago to help with the snails. I'm trying to remove at least some of the snails from there.

In the past, I've seen brichardis moving snails away from their breeding site. Maybe the parents finally worked out how to do that.
