Bright yellow baenschi pics

Just a few more pics to share. Ever since my baenschi has moved to the new tank, he has been bright yellow. I dont know if its the larger tank, or changing from black sand to white (maybe both), but he has been brighter than ever.

Cool! I think brighter substrate=brighter fish. I've seen many fishes bringing out their colours with respect to their backgrounds & substrate. Coz, tht is wht they do in the wild, camough flange.

Gorgeous as usual I have two questions though...

Do you have any pictures of fish that we have profiles for, that dont have pictures as good as the ones you take?? I'd love to use some of them for the profile pics!!

In that second picture when he has his mouth open...do you know what that is? I saw one of my new little cichlids doing it a couple of times and I just wanted to make sure it was a normal thing for them to do? It almost looked like he was sucking in a big breath or yawning
