bristle worms

I think I have bristle worms, I couldn't find a post about them. So anyway do they look like centipedes? and if not what do look like centipedes? How to get rid of these guys?

thanks KahluaZzZ, I guess the best way is gonna be taking out the rock and sifting through the substrate, Just spotted two of them today.

having bristleworms is not necessarily a bad thing--they are great little scavengers/detrivores

they only become a problem if they start to attack corals and/or fish

okay, well I'm not liking the idea of having bristles because i am planning on trying some corals. so i know i was having some problems uploading files earlier and was heading off to bed but looked in on my tank and low and behold saw one out in the open. so i snagged him out.
