'Woke up this morning..looked at my tank..crap..the perc has a 2mm scratch on the side of his body. Looked closer, looks like translucent shredded skin..i use a turkey baster and spray the perc, it doesn't go away...i tough it could be food of something attached to the fish.
Ok now i'm not sure it is Brooklynellosis, but considering what i saw on wetwebmedia and other sites, it might be a possibility. Also i didn't add anything in the past 6-7 weeks, this specimen is tank bred, is eating, chasing chromis as always, and is not breeding heavily or having a weird behavior for now. I would like to get him for a paraguard + hypo bath, but the only time i can catch him is during the night. Brooklynellosis kills fast
