Brown/green Algae on my lace rock !!

#1
This is not good is it ?
I have a 55 gallon cichlid tank with mbuna and peacocks
and one pleco  and last week i added a new strip light that holds 2 4ft long lights one i think is 1000k and the other is a blue light i keep t hem on 12hrs a day by timer
and i just noticed today when feeding them that my lace rock has green algae which i saw a hint of before and now i'm seeing brown algae
is this good ? probably not and if it's not good how do i get rid of it, water tests find very low on nitrite and ammonia and ph is solid 7.8

Green and Brown algae are generally considered "good" algae.  Mbuna, Peacocks, and Plecos will eat then.  Blue-Green (Cyanobacteria) is "bad" algae and won't be eaten.

I had a break-out of Blue-Green in my 55g Mbuna tank.  During this time the good algae stopped growing (Blue-Green was taking all of the necessary nutrients).  Once I wiped out the Blue-Green stuff, the Green and Brown algae once again started growing.  I was very happy when it returned because it gave nibble food for the fish and signaled that the Blue-Green stuff was gone.

You are lighting your tank with saltwater lights.  The 10K and Acintic lights are to promote coral and "good marine" algae growth.  I suspect they may be helping the green and brown algae to appear as they mimic the sun.

Unless it is excessive, I wouldn't worry about it.  I like a good coat of Green Algae on my rocks, I think it makes them look nicer.

Good Luck
