I have been watching a BTA splitting for 4 days now. I don't know what is normal when this happens but right now it just has a big hole where its mouth used to be, through which you can see the live rock jutting through. I guess maybe it is healing up the mouth tear before it does anything else because it doesn't seem to be progressing at all, Is this how it works? Does anyone know how long this usually takes and what will happen next?
