Buying Fish On The Net

Has anyone here ever bought fish on some website? If so, what's a good website to buy them from?

I have. I bought some sparkling gouramis off of aquabid.com. Great service and the person I bought from was wonderful. Shipping was an arm and a leg, but even in december everyone arrived alive and well. They even sent me an extra to compinsate incase any didn't make it on the trip here. Well worth the time if your looking for an odd ball you can't easily find your area. I also buy lots of plants online and have had good luck with that as well.

it all depends on where you live. i cant get anything over here cause it would cost far too much in shipping and most i've found wont guarentee for a trip that long.

where do you live? If your on the east coast check out tropfish.com. If your in the midwest check out aquaticwholsale.com. If your on the west coast like I am you get to pay a ton for shipping for either of these. Aquabid is also a good option like pooky says if you're just looking for a specific fish.

ive ordered alot of saltwater fich on the web with no probs. at all and you can usually find a good deal and fish you wouldnt normally see in your LFS
