Calcium

what does everyone use for calcium in their tanks?
I have 100 gal. tank and was using B-Ionics for a year and could never get my calcium levels past 350.
Now I'm trying Kent Marine Liquid Calcium and my calcium levels are now perfect!

alk too high maybe when u used it .
I use B-Ionic..got 400...but i prefer dry one...you don'T pay for the water and it last longer. When it's finished i'll continue with Seachem Reef Calcium

I use kalk. The bi-ioic's are just too expensive to use unless you make your own, and I don't want to make the jump to calcium reactor technology.

I use the Seachem Calcium in my auto topoff, works like a charm. I did use Kalk but it was increasing my ph to high and it was blocking my top off hose...

I have given serious thought to making up a bunch of Randy Farely's two part additive......and giving that a try as it may be easier to keep the ca and alk in balance....

i use a CA reator, i found most of the CA additives a waste of money. the CA reator aslo help keep my KH in balance aswelll *thumbsups

sure it's better but a lot of people including me don't have the money to spend on Ca reactor.

or the room to put one.......I have limited space and no sump so te use of a ca reactor is out of the question right now.
