I'm not a cichlid owner, per say, but here's a picture of my two rams that passed away a week-ish ago.

I'm planning on getting some more after I move this summer.

Nice golden Julies Mark! They have always reminded me of the Auratus cichlid.Even though they are from 2 different lakes.( Lakes Tanganyikan,and Malawii)

i use a turkey baster to clean up waste on bottom of the tank the adults attack with such determination to kill it

Thank you Betta lover!I was never much into bettas until my buddy gave me one.He breeds CTs,DTs,VTs, and kings.I couldn't resist percys colors: Red,off white,and blue.Makes me feel patriotic.
