well, I don't see either of those hurting a cory per se- but clowns get big, an dthey like to be in groups. So you might reconsider housing them in a 55. Cories also prefer to be in groups.

Clowns need to be kept in groups of three or more, the same goes for cories. They won't hurt each other, but would need to be in at least a 55g as your getting pretty bottom heavy there. You are planning on having mid level and upper level fish in this tank right?

it will take them a while to get there but with 3 fully grown clowns in that size of tank you're getting really overstocked. Could you take the clown back maybe?
